Goodbye Summer.....it's been fun!

Where has the summer gone? It seems like just yesterday we were so excited to have warm weather and get to play outside on a daily basis. Now everyone is sending kids back to school, the weather is changing, and our summer activities are ending.....yet new ones are beginning! Our summer has been so busy! We sold our home in Stanford and finally moved to Lincoln at the end of July....it has been GREAT to be so much closer to family and Poco is minutes away from work. We attended the Logan County Fair in Lincoln, the Illinois State Fair, celebrated Jonathan, Vern, and my mom's birthday's and are getting ready for the Lincoln Balloon Festival, Marigold Festival, Pumpkin Festival, our 5 year Anniversary, Peyton's birthday and a pretty special baby shower. Needless to say, our schedule shows no signs of slowing down until.....the new year. Pretty soon, all of our free time will be occupied by watching Football! We are SO ready for the season to start! It has been a great summer.....
